หนัง Why We Love หรือชื่อไทยว่า เพราะรักต้องมี น้ำแข็ง (มาลิน ชระอนันต์) หญิงสาวอัจฉริยะที่เรียน ป.โท วิทยาศาสตร์ด้านชีวภาพ เธอฉลาดและเก่ง แต่ไม่ถนัดเรื่องความรัก จนเธอได้พบกับ ยิ้ม (หัสวีร์ ภัคพงษ์ ไพศาล) หนุ่มโปรแกรมเมอร์ที่มีภูมิหลังด้านครอบครัว เมื่อทั้งคู่ถูกนัดหมายให้เจอกันจากแผนของเพื่อน ๆ เพื่อจับคู่ การพบกันครั้งแรกไม่ค่อยประทับใจเท่าไหร่ แต่น้ำแข็งต้องดูแลหลานสาวกำพร้า เพราะพ่อแม่เสียชีวิตจากอุบัติเหตุ และนั่นทำให้เธอและยิ้มได้กลับมาพบกันอีกครั้ง

Why We Love Namkhaeng (Malin Charanan), an intelligent and ambitious young woman studying forensic science, excels in her field but struggles in love. She meets Yim (Hussawee Pakrapongpisan), a programmer with a strong family background. Their first encounter, orchestrated by their friends, does not go as planned. However, fate brings them back together as Namkhaeng finds herself taking care of a girl whom Yim is raising due to the tragic loss of her parents. This new bond reignites their connection.
