366 Days Set in 2003, Minato Makiya (played by Eiji Akaso) is a high school senior in Okinawa. He meets Miyu Tamashiro (played by Moka Kamishiraishi), a younger student who shares his love for music. The two develop feelings for each other, and on Minato's graduation day, he confesses his love to Miyu. They begin a relationship, full of hope and dreams for the future. Later, tragedy strikes as Minato's mother passes away, causing him to consider abandoning his dreams of pursuing music. However, Miyu supports him and encourages him to move to Tokyo to study at university. Two years later, Miyu visits Tokyo to reconnect with Minato, but their relationship faces unforeseen challenges and difficult decisions.
