หนัง Hot Blooded หรือชื่อไทยว่า คนเดือดสาด ฮีซู เป็นสมาชิกลูกสมุนระดับกลางในแก๊งผู้มีอิทธิพลที่ปกครองเมืองท่าที่ชื่อว่า คูอัม นอกจากนี้เขายังมีตำแหน่งหน้าที่อีกอย่างคือการเป็นผู้จัดการโรงแรม แต่ตอนนี้เขาเริ่มรู้สึกเอียนกับชีวิตการเป็นนักเลงหัวไม้มายาวนาน และคิดที่จะลาจากวงการ เพื่อไปแต่งงานกับ อินซู แฟนสาวของเขา แต่การจะเดินออกจากด้านที่มืดหม่นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย ๆ แต่เขากลับถูกดึงดูดเข้าสู่สงครามระหว่างแก๊งที่แสนดุเดือด
