หนัง The Honeymoon หรือชื่อไทยว่า น้ำผึ้งพระจันทร์ หนึ่งในภาพยนตร์ไทยเรื่องยิ่งใหญ่ที่ไปถ่ายทำไกลในถึงกรุงโรม เมืองเวนิส เอเธนส์ และกรุงไคโร เล่าเรื่องของผู้พันอานนท์ นายทหารไทยที่กำลังท่องเที่ยวอยู่ในอียิปต์ และจับพลัดจับผลูต้องช่วยเหลือหญิงสาวชื่อฮันนี่ที่กำลังถูกตามล่า โดยแท้จริงแล้วฮันนี่คือเจ้าหญิงแห่งไนโรเบีย ทั้งคู่วางแผนปลอมเป็นคู่แต่งงานเพื่อลักลอบหนีออกจากดินแดนอาหรับ แต่แล้วการแต่งงานกำมะลอกลับทำให้พวกเขาตกหลุมรักกันจริงๆ

A ravishing Thai romance from 1972 filmed in Rome, Venice, Athens, Cairo, “The Honeymoon” stars acting legends Petchara Chaowarat and Sombat Metanee. In Cairo, Egypt, Captain Anont is enjoying his holiday when he rescues a mysterious woman called Honey from a group of men. Anont has no idea that Honey is in fact a princess running away from her troubled country. To flee their pursuers to Europe, Anont and Honey pretend to be a newlywed couple, but the phony honeymoon compels the two to fall in love for real. The 4K digital restoration of the film has been done by the Thai Film Archive (Public Organization).
